A 5/8" thick stainless steel clad plate across the cooking surface of this braising pan ensures that the entire plate is evenly heated, thereby cooking your foods uniformly across the board. A front-hinged pan body helps to control pouring and tilting, and is made from 10 gauge stainless steel for a long-lasting component.
